Consulting Committee

The Board of Directors can name to the Consulting Committee: honorary members, former presidents (or co-presidents) and all other women of which their profession or expertise is judged to benefit the exercise of the mission of AFHM.

Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting is sovereign. It constitutes the occasion, where all members of AFHM come together, to identify priorities. The Annual General Meeting constitutes the primary decisional body of the organization. It sets up the organization’s orientation and the objectives. 

Board of Directors

The Board of directors is responsible to fulfill its mandate before the General Assembly of AFHM. It administers the businesses of the organization collectively and ensures that the orientations set up at the Annual General Meeting are put into practice. The members of the Board of Directors are volunteers. They meet once per month, with more meetings if deemed necessary.

According to the bylaws, the Board of Directors of AFHM is composed of at least five (5) administrators: the President or Co-Presidents, the Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and one or two Administrators.
